Stage dance festivals are heavy on entries and heavier on teams. A single studio can bring a hundred dancers across solos, duos, small groups and formations, each with its own music and its own slot. marX moves the registration side online: studios enter their own dancers and teams, entries land straight in the start lists, and you stop being the person retyping a spreadsheet at midnight.
Team entries carry their full line-up, so you know exactly who is on the floor for each number, and check-in is online — you start the day knowing which of those hundred dancers actually arrived. Start numbers are self-service. Music is uploaded with the entry rather than handed over on a memory stick at the sound desk.
Judging is digital, with adjudicator panels per round and support for the round types stage disciplines actually use, including Show rounds and General Look. Results publish the instant they are locked — to the hall screen, the MC and every dancer's phone. And when the day slips, as it always does, the live timetable shows the real running order rather than the one printed that morning.

- Can studios register their own dancers and teams?
- Yes. Clubs and studios register online and manage their own entries across solos, duos, groups and formations, which is what removes most of the administrative load from the organizer.
- How is music handled?
- Music is uploaded together with the entry, so it arrives with the start list instead of on a memory stick at the sound desk on the day.
- Does it handle large formations?
- Yes. Team entries carry their full line-up, so you know exactly who is on the floor for each number. Bear in mind that adding dancers to a team after it has been paid for changes the fee, and the entry's payment status is updated to match.
- Which round types are supported?
- The full set marX supports across disciplines, including Show rounds and General Look alongside standard rounds, recalls and finals, with adjudicator panels configurable per round.
- Can parents and dancers see the timetable?
- Yes. The timetable is live on every phone, with delay tracking, so nobody is standing in front of a printed sheet trying to work out when they dance.
